Hello, my name is Toni P. and I'm a vinyl addict. Positive and Focused started in 2006 when my band (Off My Chest) got released on CD.
Although this was amazing, I still longed for a "good old" piece of wax and decided to pay for it myself. After that first 7inch
I financed some other bands' vinyl so I guess you could call this a record label. However, there's a big difference; this is NOT a business
or anything like it. I only do this to support beginning bands/artists (and to build my very own record collection).
I donate my time and money to get bands/artists themselves a piece of wax. Hopefully this will help them to spread their message.
I like jazzy electronics and disco synthwork as much as Youth Crew Hardcore so don't be confused by that.
I feel honoured to have worked with a lot of talented bands/artists: Finn Silver, Gideon van Gelder, Shook, p e a c e FIRE, Knobsticker,
Pressure, Golden X, Outlive, Waster, Up Yours, Stop at Nothing, Henceforth plus I did a few compilations; Youth Crew 08,
Youth Crew 010 and The Black 'n White Double EP. Hopefully there will be many to come.
